1.How long does the delivery take normally?
All orders our system receives before 5pm on business days will be processed on the same day, and after 5pm would be processed on the following business day; a fast service is our key!
We deliver to most addresses nationwide in Europe on business days (orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the following business day).
The delivery times above refer to the time between the dispatch of your order and its arrival at your home; this does not include the processing time between placing an order and being ready for shipment. If you place an order before 5pm, your order will be packed and shipped the same day from one of our warehouses in the Netherlands, Germany or the US.
While all reasonable efforts are made to meet these deadlines, very busy sales periods or unforeseen events may cause delays. In these cases we are not liable for refund of shipping costs.
We are currently working on our fulfillment center in the US, for some orders you can expect your package to be shipped from our warehouse in the EU.
2.Do you cover taxes or duties for international orders?
All European orders will not incur in additional taxes and duties as orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands or Germany. If you are outside this zone you may have to incur in duties and charges made by your country’s Customs Service, once it has reached its destination, and these must be paid by the recipient; not by Cooliea. We are not responsible for and will not reimburse any charges or duties.
For UK costumers, you may be charged if the single order’s value is worth more than £135. In general terms non-excise goods worth £135 or less have no charges to Customs duty.
For US costumers, if the purchase price is below the $800 minimal threshold, it should be admitted free of duty and taxes. (https://www.cbp.gov/trade/basic-import-export/e-commerce/faqs)
If you are living outside of EU, our prices don't include local taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and VATs; all the stuff you may be charged to receive your order by your Customs. Some countries do not require taxes within small amounts of internet shopping, so we suggest you check with your local policies!
Should you reject paying for these fees/taxes and your goods are returned to us, we will refund you the goods minus the service costs charged to us for shipping to your country (EU and UK for 6 Euro, rest of the world for 8 Euro), plus return shipping and any additional charges applied by the shipping carrier.
3.What if I want to return an item?
We have a risk-free 65-day trial for our first time customer! If you find that our underwear doesn't work as promised, let us know within 65 days and we'll refund you!
If you've tried an item under our 65-day risk-free trial and you don't like the item or it isn't right for you, please contact our Customer Experience team at info@coolia.nl and claim your credit or refund.
Indicate that you are a first-time customer and would like to request a refund under the 65-day risk-free trial. As a new customer, you can try one Cooliea garment for 65 days risk-free. If you bought a mix bundle with a pair of panties, you get to try each model once. If you're not happy with how they work, we'll gladly refund your money (minus the 7 euro shipping fee). Please note that Menstrual Cups are not eligible for a refund or return .
When requesting a refund, please provide your:
1. Email address used to purchase the item Order number
2. Send the washed product back to us with the form, we will disinfect the product and donate it to people who struggle with menstrual poverty.
3. We cannot process the refund without returning the product. When a wrong product has been delivered (eg you order size M, but we have sent you size XL), we are responsible for the exchange shipment.
4. For preference refund or exchange, the customer is responsible for returning the order, but we are responsible for the outbound shipment.
We have a 100% customer service response score. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately and we will promptly correct it and send you a replacement. If you would like to request an exchange for a different size or style, please email our customer service team (info@coolia.nl) with "exchange" in the subject line.
Please also specify the reason for the exchange and include any additional information, or if it is the size, please provide details on the fit and we will be happy to assist you. We will contact you shortly to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement product. The customer is responsible for the initial shipping costs.
Due to the personal, intimate and hygienic nature of the products, returned products will not be resold. Instead, returned products are donated to women and girls in need. Always contact us with any issues or concerns you experience. We are happy to help you solve any problems.
Final sale or sale items are not replaceable or returnable.
4.I do not live in the EU, can I still purchase them?
Yes! We offer international shipping, so people with periods all around the world can enjoy our products and being amazed!
